Our 1-week chair trials are no obligation.
Our most popular chair ranges can often be provided “New to trial” in standard black fabric. If approved the successful chair can remain onsite for convenience.
Limited or specialist ranges can also be trialed for one week, then if successful these can be made to order. Standard lead time for ordered chairs is approximately 2 weeks.
Our trials in the Greater Sydney Metro area are free – no obligation – no delivery charges or fees if not successful. If purchased the standard Sydney Metro delivery fee is charged.
We can also trial outside this area and interstate – via our courier distribution network. The trial of the chair itself is free, but courier charges may apply depending on your location, for initial and return delivery if trial is unsuccessful.
Rough delivery costs can be provided in advance on request.
If a trial chair goes missing or is not returned, the product will be invoiced.
Trials can be extended on request.
Multiple Chairs can be trialed if required.
