You can customise your foot position with the adjustable tilt that you can stop at any angle and tilts 30 degrees forward or back with a rocking motion that you can lock in any position. You can set the Footrest to 3 height levels 105, 125 and 145mm. The locking mechanism either holds the footrest in a preferred position or allows you to rock freely when unlocked to stimulate circulation. When unlocked there is no bending down to adjust the footrest as it adjusts using only foot pressure.
